Instructions
Cooking instructions: place minestrone in a pot and gently bring to the boil, add pasta and simmer for 3 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Serve in a bowl with sprinkled parmesan, chopped parsley (optional) and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Best served with a generous amount of our focaccia.
